Course Description

Env 214 (Environmental Management)-A problem-solution approach to natural resource management with particular focus on management of forests, rangelands, parks, biodiversity, air, soil and water; solid and hazardous waste management; management of renewable and non-renewable resources; management issues arising out of legal, economic and social aspects of environmental factors; role of individuals, institutions, state and the global community in addressing these issues; eco-centric and human approaches to environmental management; environmental management systems: theory and implementation.

Mgt 321 (Organizational Behavior)-Understanding the behaviour of employees in work organizations. Topics include behavioral concepts and techniques used to enhance worker motivation, satisfaction and productivity.
